late breakfast single chair
the breakfast start time was a problem. it began at 6:30 am. this is quite late for an airport hotel. there should be earlier, simpler options for people catching early flights. also, the room only had one chair, a problem in a room meant for two people.

The hotel is conveniently near the airport and reaching the terminals is very straightforward by bus. The bus stop sits just around the corner making transport simple. Complimentary coffee was delicious I enjoyed it. The staff are quite friendly it.
The hotel lacks many facilities beyond the essentials I needed.

quick connection clean organisation convenient bus
The bus stop is conveniently across the road. It provides a quick connection to Heathrow in approximately five minutes. The cleanliness and organisation were notable.

great size room size good shower awesome breakfast strong smell broken air conditioner inoperative internet
the room was a great size. the shower was good. breakfast was fantastic. i appreciate that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The smell of carpet freshener was overwhelming. It was actually burning my nose. the air conditioner did not work. the internet also did not work.
