this hotel is very close to terminal 5 pods. i appreciated the easy access to the airport. parking at the hotel was simple. the reception staff provided professional and friendly service.
the hotel seemed a bit old and could use some tlc.

the standard twin room contained comfortable beds. the room was super clean. cotton sheets are provided for the beds. there was an excellent bathroom.

the hotel restaurant serves breakfast. i could watch planes land from the bar. the staff provided decaf coffee. non-dairy milk was also available.

mixed feelings about airport stay
quick accessfaulty soundproofingnon-working phone
the location provides quick access to terminal 5 via the pod transport system.
the room i had was quite noisy people were slamming doors in the corridors at all hours it made it hard to sleep the soundproofing seemed minimal. also the phone number for room service never worked i tried calling multiple times with no luck i had to go downstairs to order something.

the location made access from terminal 5 simple via the pod service. the bar offered a nice view of the runway area. my room included plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed..
i noticed the hallways to the rooms seemed quite lengthy..
