The location was ideal for attending an event at the O2 arena. The beds were very comfortable and i found my room to be clean. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with directions.

The wardrobe was quite small, it didn't provide enough space for our clothes.

i found my room clean and spacious. dove products were available, a plus. the breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the walk to the o2 was an easy one.

the heater in my room made a lot of noise. i had to turn it off to sleep. the extra bed had sharp edges, and i had a four-year-old with me, so that could have been a problem. the food in the restaurant looked stale, so i skipped it.
