I found the location convenient as it's near the rail station and city center. the staff members are genuinely friendly and quick to help. my room was very spacious. it was clean upon arrival. I especially liked the rituals shampoo.

the check-in process was a bit cumbersome because i had to complete a form on my mobile device.
