quick check-in excellent pressure attentive staff
the check-in process was quick. the shower offered excellent water pressure. i found the modular bathroom design quite clever and easy to keep super clean. the quiet setting really worked for me. the staff were attentive.
the lobby could use a bit more color, it felt a tad bland.

The location is superb, it places you close to the palace theatre, shops, and pubs. Everything is accessible! the staff were friendly and helpful, attending to requests promptly. the room was very clean, and the shower was great.

i found the staff very helpful when i needed directions the tv in my room was easy to use i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available in the room i could make a hot drink whenever i wanted
i noticed some slight stains on the carpet though it didn't really bother me

the check-in was quick and easy the staff member at reception was really friendly and helpful too. my room had a modern design with a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. i found the location super convenient with easy access to local attractions and public transport.
i had some difficulty regulating the temperature in my room it was a bit too warm for my liking even with the thermostat set low.
