The meeting rooms suited our training course well. Various sizes accommodated different groups. The workspace off reception offered good functionality, along with reliable WiFi. I found the staff helpful and efficient. The food was awesome for this market segment.

generally adequate stay

friendly staff ample parking well-cooked eggs excessive litter swimming times dusty room
the staff were friendly. i also found plenty of parking. the room had everything i needed and i liked it. the breakfast was also good, the fried eggs were cooked well.
the car park had too much litter. swimming was not possible since the times do not work well. the room was too dusty and also cold even i turned the radiator up.

the staff member megan at reception was very pleasant. she was professional and cute. i found her always cheerful and willing to help with all queries.
the book-in process was slow. i had already booked and paid online. i did not expect to re-input all my details again on a touchpad.

The reception staff explained the location of the gym and breakfast room. Everything was clear. the room was serviced promptly when i asked and the onsite facilities helped me unwind, especially important when traveling a lot.
The experience was largely positive, but the bar service felt a bit slow. Sometimes there was only one person serving even when it got busy.

comfy beds good location
the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was a nice, big size. weekend parking was complimentary, a definite plus. i found the lobby and starbucks to be good points as well. location was great, easy to find just off the motorway.
i found the rooms weren't clean. the rooms were being renovated and there was a 'sorry' note, but no compensation was given. the breakfast was mediocre. there was a general lack of attentiveness to cleanliness in public areas too.
