The facilities were good. I found the bar and restaurant simple and nice. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The rooms were compact but adequate for my needs. My room was clean. Parking was very convenient.
I noticed the absence of coat hooks in the room. There was no place to hang items other than in the bathroom. This simple addition would enhance convenience.

tracey and andrew were accommodating it seemed like they were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable the room was neat and well-kept plus the reception lounge was really useful i liked not needing the bar and restaurant but appreciated they were available i found the staff especially helpful and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble
the external lighting was overly bright it really impacted my sleep i had difficulty blocking it out even with blinds i think dimmer lights would greatly improve the experience and i hope they address this

The staff was genuinely friendly. They were helpful with directions and local information. The bar and restaurant were simple. They offered a nice breakfast.
My room was quite compact. I also noticed that the corridors were external, like a motel setup. I suggest they add a couple of coat hooks in the rooms. There was nowhere to hang towels except in the bathroom.
