the staff was helpful . they stored my luggage before i caught my train. the room was beautiful with sea views. i liked the chairs to watch the view.
the house cleaning was not thorough i noticed. the room seemed outdated it looked like the 1980s. the shower head felt cheap to me.

i received a warm welcome and a room upgrade (it was my birthday). the hotel maintained super clean cleanliness, a detail i greatly value. staff members showed consistent kindness and friendliness. i found this attentive service made a difference.
i noticed the absence of cctv in the car park, a concern. the parking fee is £10 a day, and i feel security should be enhanced. i would have appreciated more assurance for vehicle safety.

the hotel stands just off the promenade, a convenient distance for accessing the seafront attractions. this location ensures easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, perfect for leisurely strolls. the building itself is notably large.

Staff was very nice. The room I stayed in was clean and I found it comfortable. Breakfast had yum food.
I could not check in on time. When I did check in, it was the wrong room and the room was hot. The fan was noisy and I did not sleep well.

I found the staff cute. Breakfast offered a LOT of choices. The room was quite spacious. Location provided easy access to local attractions, a HUGE plus for exploring the area.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway.

the building had a good reception it looked well cared for. my room included plenty of tea and coffee it was a lovely touch. i enjoyed the convenience of walking to the beach restaurants were also close by.
i noticed some corridor sounds due to doors not being very soundproof.
