The staff were friendly and the sea view room was great! the room was clean and newly decorated. I loved that it had temperature control.

the big terrace gave such calm vibes. the hotel had a home feeling and towels existed for the pool, that i loved. i felt relaxed in the clean room.
i have an issue, the hot tub didn't work.

this place is fairly near to stations. central location existed. i found it to be pretty convenient for getting around, even when i was just wandering around.

The reception manager greeted me warmly. i was actually surprised, he offered to turn on the sauna and the entire spa just for me. the room felt spacious and clean, i also appreciated the free onsite parking. It was very useful. the hotel rooms are cozy and pleasant.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was a bit too firm for my liking. the room was also quite hot. the bedding, duvet, and mattress protector had some stains. It was a bit off-putting.

the staff were so helpful! melissa is an angel, and ahmed is a great guy. they are very accommodating and attentive. i had a large, spacious room and bathroom. i was able to spend time in great gardens and on the patio! the outdoor pool felt very private, perfect for relaxation.
the hot water temperature in the shower was almost nonexistent. it slightly warmed up after running for 20 minutes but was barely lukewarm. i think it might be an issue with the mixer tap.
