The staff were very cute and helpful. I liked the window in the room and the table. The room included a sink with necessary facilities. Daily cleaning with fresh towels was provided, I found that very convenient.
The street outside the hotel can get quite noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

The room had a lingering odor. The drains smelled unpleasant. also, i could hear everything. thin walls meant sounds from other rooms and the hallway disrupted my sleep, despite my exhaustion. it was hard to relax with constant noise, very disappointing.

thin wallsmusty smell
The noise was a real problem. i could hear everything happening in the hallway, even people just walking by. The thin walls did nothing to block the sounds. plus, the bathroom wasn't very clean. It smelled a bit musty, and i noticed some grime in the corners. it really made it hard to relax.

I found the staff to be very friendly. Lisa was very kind, as were all the other staff members (i appreciated their help). The location is also good, as it is close enough to Sacré-Cœur without feeling overly touristy.
The soundproofing was not good, and I needed earplugs to sleep (this was a major issue).

The staff was friendly. They helped me with my luggage upon arrival. The room had an amazing view from its terrace. The bed felt very comfy.
