the location is really good. the metro station is across the street. many restaurants are nearby. the bathroom looked new and the bed had good quality. i liked that.
the room was small. i would say it was fairly tidy. not perfectly clean. the walls were thin. i could hear everything neighbors were doing.

i found the location convenient. it was very close to public transport links. a metro station was just steps away from the hotel entrance. the staff offered helpful assistance and made check-in easy.
the street outside was a bit noisy. it made sleeping difficult at times

i liked the location, it was very close to the gare de l'est. my classic double room was clean. the staff was very kind and helpful at all times.
i could hear guests in other rooms talking. the main doors were very heavy and disturbed others when closing them. the shower water was cold and unadjustable.

The staff were very friendly. the check-in process was smooth. the receptionist was professional. the housekeeping team did an excellent job. My room was always clean and well kept.
the water pressure was low in the bathroom, and the temperature kept changing from very hot to cold. it was very uncomfortable. the toilet also wasn't in good condition.

a few steps away, there were convenient shops for snacks. i didn't take breakfast, so i cannot comment on the food. still, the location makes finding alternatives easy.

the location near the train station was acceptable.
the room felt stuffy as there was no air conditioning. the lack of ventilation in the bathroom made it unpleasant (it was like a sauna in there). the neighborhood felt a bit rough around the edges.
