excellent stay
large room excellent mattresses convenient location
the room was quite large given typical standards, and the bathroom impressed me with its size. i found the mattresses to be excellent quality. the daily tidying service kept everything pristine. also, the location offered a convenient 4-minute walk to the st paul metro station.
despite the complimentary drinks being offered, i found it a bit inconvenient to leave my room to get them.

The location was good. It was very convenient for visiting various sites. The staff were friendly. The room had sufficient space.
The elevator did not work right. Carrying suitcases up the stairs was a pain. The room was too hot and the air conditioning did not work. The WiFi was slow also.

check-in was easy. the hotel has a perfect location. i was close to le marais. lots of restaurant options were nearby. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
the wifi only worked sporadically in my room.
