the building had lovely decorum and furniture. the location was excellent, very close to metro stations. breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
the room was very hot. there was no plug for the bathtub. only one plug existed for charging phones.

The room was too warm. There was no remote control for the heat pump. I also could not find a bathtub plug, and the front desk staff didn't seem interested in helping at all. There was only one outlet for charging my devices. I needed to unplug lamps to use it. I would not recommend this place. It wasn't worth the money.

The staff provided excellent support. I found them friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. Croissants, eggs, and fruit were available each morning.
The sofa bed was not comfortable. I heard footsteps from upstairs late at night. This made sleeping difficult. The cancellation policy seems strict.

The reception staff were helpful. Free hot drinks were available throughout the day in the lounge.
The sofa bed in our suite was very uncomfortable. The soundproofing was terrible, every footstep from upstairs could be heard. The hotel's cancellation policy is also strict. No cancellations are allowed.
