street noiseinconvenient key policy
The room faced the street. The noise was unbearable. I opened the window once and the cigarette smell filled the entire space! If I left the window closed, ventilation suffered badly. I also had to leave my key at reception every time I left the building.

The staff were very helpful. they provided a kettle immediately when i asked. the room, though tiny, was sufficient. It was clean and functional for spending the night.
the room was located on the top floor. the narrow stairs made it difficult to carry suitcases.

the location is in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. it has excellent transport links and many shops. bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance.

Reception is open 24 hours. This makes it convenient. the staff allowed me to drop off my bags before check-in. i did not have to carry them around for hours. I appreciated that service.

the staff were friendly and spoke english well. my room was slightly bigger than i expected and very clean. the 24-hour reception felt safe and cute to me.
i could hear my neighbours moving all night in my room. i stayed during summer and the small room was like an oven. it was not possible to sleep with the windows open because of the street noise.
