The location is convenient with the metro nearby, it made getting around so easy. the staff was very kind and helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout. the bed was comfortable. and the room faced the courtyard, so it remained peaceful at night.
the room cleaning was a bit hurried. you could see some dustwebs in the corners.

the metro station was so close. i literally walked only twenty meters! it made exploring so easy for me. the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. i really love the friendly staff.
My room wasn't perfectly cleaned. when i arrived i noticed some hair in the shower, you see. i could see some dustwebs in the corners, too. i brought my own tea, but it was taken from the table. I didn't get to drink it.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. IT IS literally a minute away. I found several supermarkets like franprix close. KFC and Macdonald's are also nearby. THE staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning didn't work perfectly, it could have been a bit better

The staff was friendly and helpful . They were ready to accommodate us sooner. We only asked for storing our luggage! We also could store our luggage the next day as well. That was much appreciated.

the location was close to the metro station. travelling around was easy because of this. the air conditioning worked properly in my superior room 1 double bed.
The sink in the bathroom was quite small. I would have liked a larger one

The receptionist provided a warm welcome and check in was efficient. I found the hotel's location very convenient as it was close to both the metro and tram lines. Acoustics within the room were excellent.
I noticed the room lacked sufficient storage space for clothing, making it a bit challenging to organize belongings .

Breakfast included a standard continental selection, with some hot options also available I noticed. The offering felt adequate to start the day, before setting out on excursions. Lidl supermarket is nearby.

The hotel benefits from excellent proximity to transport links, facilitating easy access to the city. A metro station is just a minute away, while a tram stop is only a two-minute walk. The location provided good connections.

I appreciated the clean and modern design evident throughout the hotel corridors and lobby. A lovely garden courtyard offered a pleasant space for relaxation. The hotel features also added to the experience.

a rather frustrating experience
mold problemoverflowing noise
mold was all over the bathroom and curtains near the bed. bugs were everywhere and so much noise came from the hallways. i expected better for the price.
