the staff was very cute and helpful. I enjoyed that my room had a balcony with nice views. the staff stored my bag for a day while I explored. the location allowed easy access to attractions.

i heard every noise from inside and outside the building. the curtains were thin, SO the lights woke me up early.

The location was certainly prime. Easy access to many restaurants is always a plus.

I had to lug my suitcase up several flights of stairs, it's not fun.

I must say, the lack of air conditioning was not great. it got pretty stuffy and opening a window didn't help much! also, the bathroom seemed a bit neglected. The showerhead sputtered more than it sprayed. i found some questionable stains on the towels. That was a bit off-putting!
