I found the staff SO accommodating and friendly. It. The rooms have REALLY cool blackout curtains. The hotel is close to two metro stations. I could go everywhere!
There are stairs to get to it. My bathroom sink was also kinda small. I splashed water everywhere. The breakfast options were a bit limited too!

the staff was very polite and helpful (i even got free coffee).
The room i booked was really small. I felt a bit trapped. the bathroom was also tiny, and there wasn't much room to move around. plus, there wasn't a wardrobe for my clothes, so i had to leave my suitcase in front of the bed.

The bathroom wash basin space was disappointing. I could not even wash my face well because the water fell all over the place. The sink was too small.
