friendly staff mini fridge housekeeping service

The staff was helpful and friendly. My room featured a mini fridge which REALLY helped to keep my water cold. The housekeeping service ensured the room was clean every day. I appreciated fresh towels each day.

The street noise at night WAS a little loud. It made sleeping slightly difficult.

The hotel enjoys close proximity to a metro stop. I found MANY interesting sights are within a reasonable walk. I secure hotel walking around, EVEN late at night.

The room had air conditioning, a LIFESAVER. Windows opened easily to let fresh air in. The shower had plenty of hot water, so that was really good after a long day.

I found the staff friendly and organized. They kept the room very clean! the bed was comfortable! the hotel's location allowed easy walking distance to sites. i had good transport links available!

My room was quite small. I expected more space. The sound insulation was also poor. I could easily hear conversations next door, difficult to relax. The pillows were either too hard or lumpy, offering little comfort for a good night's sleep.
