I had such an awesome stay! the staff was friendly and always ready to help, it. the room was super clean. I mean, super clean! and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of tasty food, i especially loved the sausages.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the racecourse, perfect for walks, i found it super convenient! it is also within walking distance of restaurants, that was a plus. parking was easy. There was plenty of space.

the room had comfortable beds, really important! there were enough pillows. the tv had many channels and worked well. they even provided a wheelchair for someone to access their room, super thoughtful.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a good selection of food. The buffet had hot and cold options. i enjoyed the coffee and juices that were included. everything tasted fresh. The pastries were so good!

the room overlooked the racecourse and included breakfast. location was good for visiting chessington. the hotel provided a nice atmosphere and had friendly staff. breakfast offered good choices.

i think doors slam loudly starting at 6am, it sounds like doors shutting down the entire floor.

The staff was helpful, especially pearly, the night manager! i got an excellent recommendation from the staff regarding the rubbing horse restaurant. it was a short five minute walk from the hotel. lots of parking was available. It was convenient.
