Charming Stay Near Kew Gardens
complimentary luggage quiet room generous portions
The receptionist checked me in quickly. The hotel provided complimentary luggage storage upon my arrival. My room was very quiet and also beautiful. Dinner portions for Sunday lunch were generous, but I couldn't eat it all.
The room service app did not work well, I called instead.

An acceptable stay
convenient location secure parking comfortable bed worn room flaking paint broken pump
The location is very convenient for visiting Kew Gardens. Secure parking was available without additional cost, great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, they gave me a good night's sleep.
The room looked a little worn. I noticed some stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom ventilation needs improvement, AS there was flaking paint on the ceiling. A couple of pumps for the toiletries in the bathroom were broken, this showed a lack of attention.

the bedrooms were very smart. bathrooms were nice. the beds had fresh crisp linen. free underground parking was available. it was a short walk to the underground.
the shower water was only lukewarm.
