The breakfast offered a great variety of options and tasted delicious. The hotel's location is excellent. All town amenities are easily walkable! The lounge area looked beautiful, especially with the morning sunshine streaming in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The mattress was a little too soft for my liking, it could perhaps do with replacing.

The staff were lovely during breakfast, ALWAYS attentive and helpful. They looked after me. Adding breakfast to any stay is a must, especially if you try the cooked breakfast.

I tried the sunday lunch carvery AND it was very good. There were three meats to choose from. a good selection of vegetables. The price was great and good value. The restaurant was nicely decorated!

The staff was warm and friendly. they were super helpful too! i got extra biscuits when i asked. the location is really close to the train station. It is literally around the corner!!! free parking is also a HUGE plus.

I liked the proximity to the railway station and a bus stop. The town centre was within easy walking distance. The room had space and lots of natural light. Parking was available and easy to access. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice.

the car park on site proved very helpful. it was an easy walk to the shops since it is very close. the breakfast selection offered a good choice.
my room was the last in the building. the shower head was not attached to the pole, and i had to hold it. the chef pointed out many choices were not available because the freezer was not working.
