I loved the many plug sockets. It really made charging all my devices easy. the nescafe gold blend and t bags were a sweet touch, perfect for a quiet morning. there was a discount on breakfast, which i definitely appreciated, and the location proved very handy for exploring! everything just seemed like such a treat.
the shower didn't drain perfectly, though it was a very minor inconvenience really.

I attended an event at the Copper Box Arena (it was great!). The location was good, and the staff were very accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was lovely. It's nice to have someone at the desk when you arrive and leave.
The windows did not shut properly in my room, so there was lots of noise from outside. The blinds did not fit the windows. They let in lots of light. The room was very hot, and i could not cool it down.

the staff were really polite! free drink voucher and breakfast discount vouchers upon arrival felt very special. it is ideal for westfield and stratford station. i could access the hotel early, so i could attend an event.
the room was a little warm, and it was noisy, due to street noises.
