the reception was very helpful throughout my stay. my room had decent heating and a good selection of tv channels. wifi worked well. the hotel provided free parking, quite convenient.

the bed was a bit firm, though i learned i could have requested a different mattress.

i found parking to be simple , directly outside the hotel. the bathroom had a unique two-way door design , allowing access from both the toilet and the main area , i was charmed by that. the breakfast selection pleased me and there were so many great options for the kids.

i did experience a slight delay at reception when i needed my key card checked , but they sorted it out fairly quickly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got extra coffee and milk for the room with no issues. I even forgot my toothpaste, and they provided a toothbrush with toothpaste. The room was ready when I arrived , which I really appreciated.

the staff were cute and helpful. This gave an AMAZING first impression. i was thrilled i was able to check in early and have breakfast on arrival! the breakfast was hot and really enjoyable. my standard double room hot accessible was clean, and the entire hotel was quiet. it.

the pillows need to be changed because they gave me a bad neck. also, there needs to be a bell for reception. i had to go to the kitchen to find someone to check me out at the front desk.

faulty air conditioning damp smell

The air conditioning was faulty in my room. it dripped constantly onto the carpet, and this clearly happened for a while. the room smelled very damp. Even with the window open and a fan running. it was pretty bad
