I loved the central location. It made exploring easy. breakfast was really good with many options. the room was quite nice. I especially liked the desk. i had to keep the window open at night, though, because there was no a/c.
The heating system made a loud buzzing noise early in the morning. it sounded like a fire alarm. I had to fiddle with the thermostat to stop it.

Breakfast occurs in a formal dining hall. It includes a variety of choices. i noticed options included english breakfast items, cereals, meats, cheeses, juices, and coffee. fresh fruit was available. the area looked beautiful.

the college grounds are beautiful and accessible. the bar offers student prices, a bonus. i found the location convenient, with a short walk into the town center. it's also a quick cab ride from the train station!

my room included a tea and coffee station and biscuits. there was also an ironing facility provided in the room. the bed had usb outlets next to it. blackout curtains were fitted to both windows.

The hotel is located near the city centre. i could easily walk to many attractions. the modern building is attached to the historic college. This made exploring the town easy. the surroundings were very peaceful

i really enjoyed the room i stayed in it was spacious with a great view of the gardens the cleanliness was also top notch i must say the breakfast in the main hall seemed like stepping into a movie set it was a nice start to the day

big hallblocked sinkloud buzzing
the breakfast in the big hall of the college was acceptable.
the sink was blocked, and despite complaining, it remained blocked the next day. even worse, the heating system activated at 6am with a terrifying, loud buzzing sound. this noise reminded me of a fire alarm inside my room. i also received a £70 fine because there is no parking.

The location was great. It made getting around easy. The breakfast in the hall was a nice experience (I especially liked the pastries). The staff was friendly and helpful.
The roadside room had poor insulation. I found the traffic noise unacceptable. There was no mini bar. There was also no room service.

Wonderful Stay Inside College Grounds

I found the walk through the college grounds to the breakfast hall very enjoyable. The breakfast itself was great and had a lovely view of First Court. I visited the Chapel. It is well worth seeing. The room was super clean and displayed framed photos of college life.
The experience felt slightly basic as it is not a traditional hotel.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful with storing luggage. All staff I encountered throughout the grounds were really good. I greatly appreciate their assistance , it was nice.

I really liked the central location because it enabled easy walks to most parts of the city. the room had all amenities, including a powerful shower, i found especially useful. breakfast was varied and plentiful. I appreciated the selection available. the staff seemed friendly and helpful, which really contributed positively to my stay.
the room was a bit noisy because of the hallway. noise isolation should be better
