the parking was plenty and that met my expectations.

the room was small, and the noise level was bad. i heard constant banging plus noisy guests coming and going late at night. it also happened very early mornings. i think carpet on wooden floors and replacing faulty door closers would really help.

the tv was advertised with netflix, but i couldn't access any streaming services. it wouldn't even connect to the wifi. the room was also much smaller than the pictures suggested and the radiator's temperature gauge was broken, so it was unbearably hot. i hardly slept because of the heat and constant door banging.

Lauren, caprice, and adele were amazing. they helped me with everything! i used the phone for table service, a great feature. the food was also really good. I enjoyed it.

the room was set up for one person only though i booked it for two.

the room size impressed me. the staff showed consistent friendliness. i found the value for money excellent and i also appreciated how the premises welcomed dogs.

Parking the car outside overnight seemed unsafe based on past feedback, so i used james cook hospital parking. It cost £7 for 24 hours with a mile walk. the restaurant furnishings felt unclean. I observed stained and grubby seating.
