i loved that the room was clean and spacious. lunch was yummy and presented well, that's a big win for me. i really enjoyed the spa and pool, it was a nice touch. i also thought the staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling.

The swimming pool was a definite plus. It was decent enough.

The hotel fell short of expectations. The dated decor was very noticeable. The room needed better maintenance, especially the bathroom, it had a leaky faucet. Breakfast was very basic with not much variety.

I liked haighton hall's proximity to nearby attractions. It made exploring easy. the staff were helpful and very personable. our double room classic was tidied nicely each day and the heavy drapes helped to keep the room cool.

the tv in the room was a little tricky to operate. but it did eventually work.

The hotel provides free on-site parking. This made arrival and departure seamless. plus, the surrounding area offers multiple walking paths, perfect for exploring the countryside. we particularly enjoyed an afternoon walk to a nearby village.

I found the pool lovely and warm. The facilities were clean, a bonus. Staff were helpful and accommodating. This. Location proved convenient, close to amenities, a short taxi ride away.

I found some areas in need of attention. The photos seemed outdated, showing some run-down areas. The extensions looked derelict, which detracted from the overall appearance. Some old garden furniture was dumped near the hotel.

The directions to my room at arrival were wrong so I took the long way. there was no spare bulb for the bedside lamp. The hotel didn't have one.
