Acceptable stay but some issues remain
fluctuating temperature plumbing issues
The hotel's location proved convenient for my travel needs.
The lack of attention to detail was apparent. The shower temperature fluctuated drastically. Staff members seemed unable to resolve these plumbing issues effectively, which detracted from the overall quality of my visit.

wrong allocation unpleasant smells
I found some problems with the room allocation. I had booked a specific room type. I ended up in something different. This was frustrating. I also noticed a LOT of waste below my room window, it was an eyesore and created some unpleasant smells. I would have expected better upkeep of the grounds.

lovely stay!
clean room convenient location
the staff at reception were very cute. my room was clean, spacious, and included facilities such as coffee, tea, and a tv. breakfast offered a good selection! the hotel's proximity to a bus stop made trips to the city very convenient.

my room was very clean and fresh, and it was also tidy. there was a kettle, coffee, an iron and an ironing board. it was a really big double room, i enjoyed it!

the check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly, saying hello. staff members, tia and andrew, were very helpful and cute. there was great customer service from the minute i set foot in the hotel!

pillow option customer focus poor selection chair attempt
the room had an option of pillows and i found this very practical. the bathroom was clean and functional too. breakfast was good i could see the staff were personable and customer focused.
the bar selection was very poor. i ended up buying my own alcohol and drinking it in the car park. it.
