the breakfast was lovely , with a fantastic variety of items. the staff were friendly and helpful , which i appreciated. the room was spacious and well equipped , meeting my expectations.
i noticed the carpet had some bad markings , which detracted from the overall appearance. the toilet extract fan did not work , leaving an unpleasant smell. also , i found a pube on the wall in the bathroom , which was quite off-putting.

The restaurant seemed understaffed. A long wait happened for meal service. the car park was full though only a few tables were occupied. it reminded me of room service got priority. it made me think management was cutting costs, never fun.

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The room was wonderfully spacious with a comfortable sofa. It really added a touch of luxury! The breakfast was a total delight. Such a lovely experience with all the yummy food I could imagine. I even managed to check in a few hours early. The staff are darlings, so I could freshen up.
The carpets on the staircases could use some love. They look a bit threadbare.

The room included a queen-sized bed with lovely, soft linens. There was air conditioning which was a MUST, and tea and coffee making facilities! The shower room had fluffy towels.

The hotel has good parking. This gives me total peace of mind. The bar area looked modern! the location was perfect for walking to town. The staff always seemed available.

The room felt very spacious, it was clean. I especially enjoyed its proximity to town centre. All the staff were nice, they couldn't do enough for me.
The hotel lack USB charging points. My phone almost ran out of battery before checkout. The toilet felt dated. I seemed like I walked into an old council estate building when entering it. The toilet do not feel comfortable at all.
