i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a fantastic choice and tasted great. the shower had good pressure and included nice soap. i greatly appreciated the parking facilities being free, a very welcome bonus.
the pillows were quite lumpy, affecting my sleep quality. i noticed an option to request feather pillows, but i arrived late and did not pursue it. the tv remote lacked a battery cover and its responsiveness was not good.

The breakfast options impressed me greatly. Everything was labelled clearly with allergens. Reception staff were also really helpful, and FRIENDLY.
I got a fine because the night receptionist did not register my car. The fine cost more than the price i paid for the room. I won't stay AGAIN but the room was nice and clean, housekeeping does a fab job

The staff were lovely!!! they were so friendly and helpful, wow! the breakfast was super fantastic and had a great choice. the shower was great. It had good pressure and nice soap.
the bed was quite hard, sadly. the decor needs some attention in some areas. windows need updating, because i could hear everything from outside.
