I enjoyed the superb breakfast selection with gluten-free options available. The beds felt very comfy. I slept like a baby. The location proved excellent, placing everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
I noticed the air conditioning was a tad noisy. It could disturb light sleepers.

The room I was given faced the main street. I found it noisy because of traffic and trams. Despite the windows, street sounds got inside easily. Breakfast was TOO simple. There were no croissants or a coffee machine, and the coffee available was just a carafe of basic American coffee.

This hotel is in a VERY convenient location. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, a salad bar, cheese, meat options, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cakes, tea and coffee. The room was clean! It even had a lovely smell. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.
I noticed just a little street noise from the tram outside, but nothing major.

The hotel sits close to the Jewish Quarter with several well-priced restaurants. I found it easy to walk to the old city center in about 7-8 minutes from one direction. The hotel is near the Kazimierz district, known for bars, restaurants, and cafes.

The location was superb. I could easily walk to many attractions. Breakfast included a good variety of options. The staff were always available and ready to assist. Daily cleaning kept my room super clean .
The street-facing room meant I could hear the trams slightly.
