The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, a small detail, yet annoying. also, i found the soundproofing inadequate. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room and hallway noise throughout the night. it made sleeping difficult. i could hear other guests loud music. a better night's sleep is a must. these issues need addressing, inadequate soundproofing

the mobility access room was spacious. the bathroom included handles and steady bars, which i found really helpful. breakfast was lovely and featured a great range to suit all needs!!!
the cleanliness wasn't perfect, i noticed a red wine stain on the carpet.
