The staff were always ready to help. Customer service was awesome. The hotel was very clean throughout. the location is great for getting to the beach quickly. it is also close to many restaurants near the hotel!
I found that the breakfast area struggled to keep up when there were lots of guests. This meant there was sometimes a wait. This happened when wanting cooked breakfast!

breakfast includes a wide selection! it has both hot and cold options! the staff constantly clears empty plates! they are also cleaning tables quickly, ensuring everyone has a space, and the bar prices are reasonable.

the secure car park provided peace of mind . this meant i felt safe leaving my vehicle. it is a great location since it's close to the beach! shops and restaurants are nearby too.

The room was spotlessly clean. It had a great view of the sea. And the bed was super comfy! i slept so well. rooms were also cleaned daily! the housekeeping staff does an excellent job.

The hotel's location is very central and makes it easy to walk to the beach. Shops are also a short walk away. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. I found the staff to be polite and helpful.
The shower water was lukewarm . Breakfast was poor with awful sausages. Hash browns tasted old and scrambled eggs tasted like fish.

some issues with parking and noise
great locationunsecured parkinglate noise
the location is great for accessing the town centre parks and the beach
the parking situation was awful you pay a hefty fee but a space isn't guaranteed i spent ages driving around looking for somewhere to park then when i asked for help i just got told that's how all the car parks are here also there was a hen party making a lot of noise late at night and staff didn't seem too bothered about it
