The reception staff was helpful and provided a genuinely nice welcome. The hotel offers real milk in a flask for coffee and tea , which I appreciated. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast was excellent and provided plenty of choice. The dining room is relaxing. The hotel offers well-prepared and tasty food. Real milk in flasks is a nice touch.

Staff members were friendly and helpful . The reception staff offered a nice welcome. Staff provided immediate assistance and concern when I spilled boiling water, preventing a blister.

i stayed in a superior king or twin room. the room offered lovely pool and countryside views. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep (best sleep i've had for a long time). the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was really good.
during my stay, i found that there was a set dinner time, and even then, i had to wait a while after a long drive. it was not desirable and took away from the overall dining experience.

the hotel has a swimming pool, though i only used it once because of the weather. there are also nice seating areas outside and easy parking is available , always a plus.
