fantastic stay!

central locationlarge roomflexible check-out
The location was central, close to the harbour and high street. I appreciated the large room for my family. Check-out was flexible, and the reception team provided parking instructions in advance. This was very useful. I could not hear any noise from the pub below, despite it being busy. This helped me sleep well.
The continental breakfast selection was somewhat limited. It could benefit from additional options.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and clean. I found it very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and the bed was quite comfortable. Blackout curtains kept the room dark at night.
Location
10/10
the hotel is wonderfully positioned near the high street and the quay. There are many restaurants available in the area, including the hotel's own pub. Access to public transportation is easy.
Service
8/10
The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to requests and addressed any concerns immediately. Staff was available at all times to assist with inquiries or provide recommendations.

The staff were lovely.
The bathroom was cramped. The bath was high. I found it difficult to get in to. The shower sprayed water all over the floor.

Excellent stay at this Hotel

friendly staffcomfortable bedtasty food
We only stayed for two nights, but the team proved excellent. ALL staff were friendly. I found the hotel VERY close to the quay. We parked in the visitor car park and had no issues. The bed was very comfortable. I also found the food tasty.
The continental selection at breakfast was sparse. I saw only a few odd strawberries and blueberries with some yogurt.
Dining
9/10
The food preparation was good and offered several choices. Breakfast included a cooked option. toast, fruit, and yogurts. I received attentive service from the young waitresses in the restaurant.
Rooms
8/10
Our room, number 7, overlooked the front and i found it charming. The bed proved comfy, and the bathroom facilities were perfect. The room was clean plus comfortable and included a good bed.
Service
10/10
Craig greeted us. He provided great help in general. The restaurant team, Callum, Tracey, and another lady, were super cheerful. Olga also helped us with our luggage and i am grateful. Dani and Jane also stood out.
