clean room helpful staff kippers loud music banging door lumpy mattress
My room was very clean! The staff were happy to help, and always ready to go the extra mile. Breakfast was great, too. I liked having kippers.
I did not like the music from the entertainment being so loud in my room, that I could not hear the TV. The noise did not stop until after 11.00pm though the fire doors and room doors started banging as no one closes them. The mattress on the bed had indentations on both sides with a lump from top to bottom down the middle.

perfect location smooth arrival harbor view delicious breakfasts
the location was perfect for exploring (i loved being so close to everything!). parking availability made our arrival smooth. our room, overlooking the harbor, had such a cozy feel. i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts each morning, fueling us for our adventures.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, making it slightly challenging to unpack our things.

the location proved very convenient, granting easy access to many local amenities. i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly . the room was clean and tidy, meeting my basic expectations for comfort. bar food offered good value for money.
i thought the wifi system needed some updating, it was not the fastest, although it remained functional throughout my stay.

The breakfast was acceptable.
The room I had faced the street, and it was VERY noisy. Light came into the room easily, and I slept very little. I needed to keep both windows shut because of the noise. This made the room far too hot.

The location was very central. A locked luggage room was available. I stored luggage there before and after check out. Breakfast tasted great. The staff made it so.
My room felt warm. It sat tucked away in a corner by a fire escape. The shower didn't produce enough pressure. I found it difficult to rinse my hair.
