Nice Hotel Stay
clean interior ample food
Staff moved luggage from the coach to our rooms upon arrival. The rooms had bright, clean interiors and provided plenty of tea and coffee. Food choices were ample and tasty. Restaurant staff were efficient and always had a smile.
The shower fittings were broken. It made showering awkward.

the restaurant service was first class. the breakfast food was excellent. i found the restaurant staff to be helpful. there was a wide range of food.
My single room was very small. i thought it was claustrophobic. i was a single guest, and it seemed the hotel did not prioritize single guest comfort. There was no interest shown regarding displeasure it causes.

Excellent Stay!
central location helpful staff
I enjoyed the central location, it made getting around very easy (a short walk to the pier). The staff was friendly and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. The twin room included comfortable beds and daily replenishment of tea and coffee supplies, very handy.
The hotel lift was quite small, and it could be a bit of a squeeze with luggage.
