the staff were so friendly and helpful! they allowed me to check in early, a HUGE help after my long journey. the room was basic but clean and very comfortable. i really appreciated the cute atmosphere.
the parking area was quite small, and i didn't manage to find a space there. it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

I liked the building's architecture. It was really something! the heating worked well in my room. the downstairs pub was convenient. I enjoyed it a lot. st leonards is very close to the hotel.
The blinds were hard to reach. I had to use a chair to adjust them.

the room suited our family well it featured one double bed and two single beds, which prevented arguments among the children. The location proved convenient, positioned in a quiet area while still maintaining proximity to the town centre. during my visit, i noticed the stairs carpets needed better cleaning and was stained, suggesting that this area could use attention to improve the overall impression.
