My standard double room was nicely decorated, it had adequate space. bathroom have good facilities. staff was friendly during check-in and check-out processes. the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. Public transport was very accessible.
the tv had limited channels available, it lacked freeview. i also noticed some cobwebs in the ceiling corners. this was minor and didn't detract from my overall experience.

the staff was lovely. rooms were really comfortable and breakfast is top. the whole trip was excellent value for money.
housekeeping was inconsistent. when i arrived, the pillowcases was dirty and needed to be changed. our room wasn't serviced on the second day, even though i placed the sign on the door. there's no one at reception after 4pm, so i couldn't request clean mugs or other essentials.
