i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. all the facilities impressed me and the room included a mini fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee supplies. the pub looked to be a great place although i didn't visit it, as my stay was only for one night.
i noted inconsiderate customers at the bar. outside in the early morning. they spoke loudly and were not mindful of other guests.

the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the building. there are vending machines available on each floor, providing quick access to snacks and beverages, which i appreciated. luggage storage is also available near reception.

My double room included a private bathroom and provided essential toiletries. the room features a tv with cable channels and a desk area. blackout curtains are available for a DARK room at night. The temperature controls were easy to use.

The staff was AMAZING! They were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was a great price. The location was superb, a very short walk to the beach.
The noise from the bar did go on quite late.

The location is very central. The East Hill Cliff Railway is easy to view. The hotel is less than five minutes from the beach.

The staff provided complimentary glass-bottled water in the mini fridge. Milk was also provided for hot drinks. The staff telephoned me in advance to warn me about road closures.

the staff provided a super easy check-in process , which i found very cute. my room had a beautiful view , alongside a mini fridge stocked with milk and water. i appreciated the inclusion of tea and coffee making facilities.
i observed the decor to be a bit dated , which i understood given the price point.

some issues need attention
cramped roomsmall towel
the bed was not very comfortable and the room felt a little cramped. also, the bathroom need some updating. i found the towels was quite small and thin. the breakfast area was often crowded. it was also too noisy late at night because a pub was downstairs.
