beautiful view efficient heating breakfast variety long walk
the breakfast area had a beautiful view. the staff was friendly and spoke english well. i also appreciated the efficient heating in my room. the beds were comfortable too.
it was hard to tell what juice or tea was available. taksim square was about a 10-minute walk away.

great view helpful staff dirty room bathroom smell
the breakfast offered a great view. staff helped a lot . selcuk provided support and was approachable. i was very grateful for his assistance.
the room was not very clean. there was hair on bedsheets. the bathroom had a bad smell.

The location was prime. I could walk easily to many places. breakfast had a beautiful panoramic view. the staff i meet was polite .
My room felt cramped, it seems like they included the balcony in the size. the bathroom had an odor and no ventilation, i can still remember that smell. They only have one hot item per day.

selcuk at the front desk was very helpful with directions. he also arranged taxis. the breakfast included a variety of items with a nice view. i appreciated the flexibility with check-in and checkout.
our room was smaller than expected. there weren't many places to hang towels in the bathroom. also, there was only one chair for a double room which was not practical.

The room was modern and spacious. the bathroom had premium fixtures. a small balcony offered fresh air and natural light. The closet had hangers for clothes and a safe for valuables.

breakfast included various options with care and a view of the water. it was served on the top floor. i enjoyed the variety of fresh items offered each morning which helped start the day off right.

the staff was very hospitable and helpful. they spoke several languages. i felt safe and well-cared for . they were always available to answer questions and provide assistance which i appreciated.

Really good Stay!
early check-in complimentary breakfast flexible arrangement
The staff provided early check-in and complimentary breakfast, I thought this was a great touch. Selcuk was particularly helpful. The breakfast selection was diverse with a great view of the Bosporus. Flexibility in check-in and check-out was a huge plus, it helped a lot.
The room lacked a luggage rack. I had to open my suitcase on the floor.

The staff was polite and very helpful with directions, this was super useful for me. The team accommodated an early check-in. I got to my room swiftly and without hassle.

The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood away from city noise, this was perfect. It is easy to walk to Istiklal, Taksim, Galata port, and Galata tower. The surrounding area felt safe.
