uncomfortable beddamp smell

the bed was not very comfy. it was too firm for my taste and i did not sleep WELL. the bathroom had issues with ventilation, it always smelled like damp. these issues really detracted from my time.

I really liked that the location is super great for the city centre and train station. The room had a clean bed. The staff are helpful and smiley, good!

The room does has a strong bleach smell upon arrival. The teaspoons hadn't been washed. This is not good at all!

The staff were friendly and helpful . I found the room clean, and the bathroom was newly renovated! The provided tea and coffee supplies were plentiful, which I greatly appreciated.

The room felt somewhat stuffy, I found it small, and its overall condition only met the basic requirements!

The Double Room featured complimentary water and biscuits, and the bed and pillows provided substantial comfort. The adjustable heating was a bonus, and the bedding was of very good quality. I found the room spacious.

i appreciated the staff's friendliness they gave helpful advice about the area. the hotel is close to the train station and a short walk to the city center this location made exploring very easy. i found the room clean and tidy with the needed heating and cooling. having a supermarket just below was super handy for quick snacks

i noticed a slight smell of bleach upon entering my room which required me to open the windows briefly
