The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions. the location was quiet, it was down a side street, so noise wasn't a problem. i found many restaurants and bakeries nearby, a great convenience. breakfast was great, with coffee and croissants available throughout the day.
The room was slightly small. I would have appreciated a bit more space.

some issues with the room

the hotel staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions.
The room i booked was not what i expected. it was smaller than the pictures showed, and the bathroom had a strange smell. the air conditioning made a loud noise during the night. It make it hard to sleep well.

The hotel's location near Grands Boulevards Métro was convenient, and the taxi ride from Gare du Nord cost only about €10. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was both kind and helpful (always a plus). It was quite hot, but the rooms had great air conditioning.
I noticed during breakfast that items were not always replenished promptly, even when arriving well before the end of breakfast service. Scrambled eggs ran out entirely and were not replaced on one occasion.

heater noisebathroom heating
the heater made much noise all night I could not sleep. the reception gave me an electric heater as a solution but it did not warm the entire room. the bathroom had no heating so it was very cold there. they really need to fix that noise problem I should not need an electric heater in a modern room.

the location was convenient near the metro i could easily access different parts of the city the room was clean and the bed was comfortable i also appreciated the free snacks available at the front desk.
