I appreciated the hotel's proximity to transportation hubs. the room was clean and well kept. the staff were kind with directions. the bed was comfortable. I slept well.

the room i was in was next to the elevator, and there was some noticeable noise from it.

Fantastic stay near the stations!

helpful staff decent room central location

I found the staff very helpful and cute ! The room I had was a decent size. It was cleaned every day so I had fresh towels and a tidy space. I also appreciated the location. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations are nearby.

The first room I had faced a minor issue. The sink seemed to be blocked and there was some debris when I used it, so that was a bit unpleasant at first.

The room was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and available whenever i needed assistance! i could even leave my luggage on my final day! i found a kettle and coffee maker right in my room.

The lift was sometimes a bit slow. It seemed busy often!

The room they gave me was really quite small, especially for the price I payed. There weren't all of the amenities the website sayed there would be. I thought the breakfast wasn't very good. There weren't many choices and the food wasn't that fresh.
