The location suited me well, SO convenient! The staff were also very helpful. They really shone during check-in. The provided toiletries were a real convenience. The room had good heating. I appreciated that .

My room had a lingering smoke smell. I noticed this immediately. The carpet felt dirty, I thought it was not very pleasant. The window didn't close properly, and I wasn't able to solve this issue during the night.

I found the staff to be friendly upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and i slept well each night. The room was clean and tidy, important for my peace of mind. I also found there to be five parking spaces in the car park which was very useful.

The decor in the hallways seemed a bit dated, although it didn't really affect my stay.

My room included fresh towels and toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was made daily and the floors were vacuumed each morning. The window provided adequate natural light throughout the day.

While i did not have occasion to use any of the hotel dining facilities, i did find that there were many nearby options. There are cafes and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. A local grocery store is just a few blocks away.

I noticed that the staff were consistently available and helpful. They provided clear directions and assistance when needed. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient as well .
