i found the complimentary parking very convenient. the room was very clean and functional (staff kept it that way).
i noticed there wasn't a bottle opener available in the room, a minor inconvenience.

The room was quite noisy. I could hear other guests and hallway sounds clearly. This impacted my sleep! The noise insulation needs improving. I felt disturbed throughout the night.

The staff was really cute. The room had great air con. the apartment was clean, and it was spacious. i thought the beds were comfy.
My tv did not stream properly. I had some sort of connection issue. the shower lacked pressure, and it barely heated up. the floors were dusty.
