Fantastic Location and Super clean Rooms!

The hotel is near everything I needed. I walked two minutes from the nearest tram stop. It was very handy. The hotel had two doors with an entry code, so I not sketchy at all! The staff topped us up with tea and coffee. It was great.
The hot water was not consistently hot in the sink or shower, a minor inconvenience.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay! They made sure I had everything I needed. I was greeted warmly, and any requests I had were addressed promptly, AMAZING!!!

My room was super clean and very comfortable! The bed provided an excellent night's sleep. The room size was much bigger than usual for similar hotels. I really appreciated the extra space.

The room felt cramped. It wasn't the luxurious 'large double room' i thought i booked, honestly. lugging my suitcase up several flights after a long journey? not my idea of a relaxing start to a vacation, though the stairs had character.

lukewarm waterstained quilt
the hot water was certainly playing games. it acted like a shy teenager, only being lukewarm most mornings. and the quilt? it had more stains than a toddler's art project, luckily they hid it under a cover but i'm not blind, you know. also, the noise level from the other rooms could be a bit much, i reminded me of i was part of their tv show one night, not that i asked for it.

The location near the train station was convenient at only seven minutes by foot. the location to winter gardens and centre was great too. the staff was friendly (especially michelle, as i returned my room key). the room had a smart tv. I could watch netflix.
the wifi signal strength was not great, but it was acceptable.

huge bedclean room
the staff were nice and very cute. the beds were huge and amazingly comfortable. tea and coffee were available right in the bedroom i booked. the rooms were very clean.
water pressure in the shower could be slightly better. it wasn't terrible, just not perfect
