The staff proved friendly and helpful . That was ACCEPTABLE.
I found several issues. My room was EXTREMELY small. The stairs were also narrow and slippery, made taking my suitcase to the top floor difficult. the experience was underwhelming.

The building itself felt a bit worn. The wooden floors and stairs were creaky. It was hard to find my way around because of many floors and corridors. It wasn't obvious how to reach my room. I got lost a few times. The layout could use some improvements for easier navigation.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They suggested good places for meals. the location worked well. It was close to euston and st pancras rail hubs. the room was very clean. This really pleased me.
The stairs were difficult with my full luggage when i left. ', twice.
