i found the location excellent with a convenient bus stop just outside! it made getting to tube stations and popular tourist spots simple and quick. the staff were friendly and accommodating. easy luggage storage and check-in were definite pluses!
The window coverings in my room didn't fully block out the light. This made it difficult to sleep soundly.

I am pretty annoyed. the kettle had limescale buildup. That's just gross. also, some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls, and the furniture looked pretty beat up. it seemed like they didn't really care about keeping the place up to par. they need to fix those things ASAP!!!

the room was very clean staff were helpful and housekeepers even folded our pyjamas it was a nice touch i appreciated the good access to public transport hotel location helped me with commuting.
there is a gap between the window and the window pain therefore leaving a small hole in the roof i noticed this made the traffic outside louder also the room was chillier in the morning it did not make sleeping easier.
