This hotel offered a charming experience with a Tudor building and well-kept gardens. My room had a modern design and felt clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of options. It was a convenient drive from Heathrow airport.
I could easily hear conversations happening in the adjacent room (which was a bit disruptive). The noise occasionally made it difficult to fully relax.

The room had good amenities and a comfy bed helped me rest. it was also good value for money. the breakfast options impressed me. I liked the mushrooms! parking was easy, and the grounds looked pleasant.
my evening meal seemed dried out and the food wasn't the best. i think there were few staff at the time.

the warm country house feel. reception staff were friendly and cute, which i appreciated. i booked a single room and it was presented well. the bed was comfy, so i got a good nights sleep.
i wish there had been late-night snacks available when i returned from my evening out, but i understand that might not always be possible.

the hotel is a long drive from the a31, a single track. it is set back from the main road, a short distance from the town centre. the grounds are very pleasant to walk around.

breakfast was of a good standard, and i especially liked the mushrooms. coffee was the usual hotel breakfast coffee flavour, but it was hot. the light conservatory provided a view onto the garden during breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The grounds provided lovely scenery. The staff were friendly and cute at my late arrival. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It filled my stomach well after a long trip.

jolene was a fabulous host i found. the grounds were beautiful it was a peaceful place. i was very excited to return some day soon.
i booked into a single room. the bathroom could do with updating the bar area is nice though. i was disappointed there was no orange juice it was orange cordial instead.

the room had a good shower and bath so i consider this acceptable.
the receptionist preferred to chat with colleagues instead to help me, i consider it inappropriate. on top of that the restaurant was closed and there is nothing nearby, this just adds to the frustration.
