The staff was very friendly and always attentive to our needs. The location near the station was very convenient for traveling around. I found the design of the room charming and well-thought-out. Breakfast was good, it offered a variety of choices that suited our tastes.
I experienced slight inconvenience because the room lacked air conditioning. A fan was available but air conditioning would enhance the experience.

The staff displayed a warm welcome upon arrival, they was very helpful . The team efficiently sorted any issues that arise. Staff offered treats at the bar for dogs, showing a pet friendly attitude.

The room was clean and also well equipped. The temperature in the room was comfortable, I did not experience any overheating. The shower was wonderful.

mixed feelings about my stay

the room was clean, i suppose.
The room i got felt cramped. opening my suitcase fully was a real challenge, and there was virtually no space for my clothes. also, the shower's water pressure was ridiculously low. I needed ages just to rinse off the soap.

Edna and will gave me a lovely welcome after my bike trip. they were very polite. I needed that after arriving from bristol. edna sorted out my phone that wasn't charging. Day two would have been hard without it. the price for b&b was the best in the area!
the bar closed early though many of us attended a function at the race course. we requested a drink from the bar upon returning to the hotel, but they would not reopen and serve us.

The staff offered a warm greeting. Both edna and will were very polite! edna helped me with my phone charging issue, which i appreciated. they provided quick and efficient service.

The location proved quite convenient for travelling. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped (I especially liked the tea and coffee facilities).
The room was a bit too warm, even with the fan on. The shower had limited temperature control. It was either too hot or too cold. There was also no desk space in the room.
